Human being has different habit as much as their behavior, nature... are different. The most common habit that can boost day energy as approved by survey we did, it showed that 63.4%of people who did those below habits at the morning, their day becomes perfect compared people who are not do that.
1. Wake up early and at the same time
Always know that, to set the schedule of waking up, it is really helpful to your brain functioning. and to do that so, you need to set phone alarm if you are beginner otherwise once you reach in advanced level, you can switch off to prevent some disturbance.
The best time that we have seen in our survey is the range between 5:00-7:00 a.m. but it can be before this, depend on the type of your job or task, but this is common time for better result.
2.drink 1-2 glasses of water
the body need water as well to boost our energy, this is normal.so if there is no special illness, two glasses in the morning is enough or even 1 glasses is not bad but if you have special illness that noted by doctor ,here you have to follow doctor instruction not my advice like drinking one liter or more per morning. However, for weight loss you can add lemon or a pinch of salt for hydration and minerals also.
3.stretch or do 5-10 minutes of Exercise
10 minutes is almost enough to the beginner or even for boosting day energy. This exercise increases oxygen and blood flow to your brain and muscles and also it releases endorphin (fell-good chemicals) that wake up your body and mind better than coffee.it reduce day stress and Anxiety through reduction of cortisol (stress hormone).
4.Take a cold or lukewarm shower
after all of that, your body need to be clean but after 2 minutes of exercises to increase your alertness, circulation and reduce fatigue. After that, wait 5 to 10 minute to get vitamin d from sunline in order to stop melatonin (sleep hormone) to feel more better.
5.practice deep breathing or prayer/meditation
your body is now performing perfectly, but you need to think and plan your day to prevent to be unstable.so it is not taken too long it's about 2-5 minute and let God be in control if you believe in God but if not, no problem. Increase your mental health through meditation in silence or your favorite low volume songs it also helpful.
6.Eat healthy breakfast
this is dependent on your financial abilities, but it is necessary and helpful to our body but if you cannot take anything, don't worry because water can also give better performance. For breakfast regard to one which contain protein (eggs, beans, yogurt...), healthy carbs (oats, fruits, sweet potato) and healthy fats (avocado, nuts...). avoid heavy sugar food in the morning because your body can crush.
7.ready to work/study or anything interested
one hour is enough for preparing your day on the above tips and then focus on your day task.
